Manager I, Talent Acquisition
Brewer Science, Inc. is a major innovator of high-technology solutions for the semiconductor / microelectronics markets. We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Manager I, Talent Acquisition. This position will be located in Rolla, MO, with an expectation to work onsite four days per week.Summary:The Manager, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts within the organization, with a focus on managing recruiting campaigns, and managing intern and early career development programs. This role will lead the end-to-end recruiting process, identify talent needs, and collaborate with HR partners to ensure the delivery of top-tier candidates for the organization’s growth. Additionally, the manager will manage job descriptions and career pathways, and compensation-related initiatives as part of the broader HR strategy.Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to interviews, candidate selection, and offer negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Collaborate with HR leadership and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.Develop and execute early career programs (internships, apprenticeships, campus recruitment), supporting the onboarding and integration of new graduates and interns.Write and maintain inclusive, accurate, and compelling job descriptions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and compliance regulations.Conduct market research for competitive compensation packages and provide insights to inform compensation decisions.Provide equitable wage offers and participate in offer negotiations to attract top talent.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a strong and diverse candidate pipeline.Track and report on recruitment performance metrics, providing leadership with regular updates on staffing progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).Partner with HR leadership to develop global talent acquisition, management, and career growth strategies, addressing gaps and aligning business needs.Continuously analyze hiring trends, recruitment strategies, retention data, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.Build and engage with internal and external networks, promoting the employment brand and attracting diverse talent through creative and strategic recruitment efforts.Education & Credentials:Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, organizational communication, business or a related field and 6+ years related HR experience orAssociate’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field and 8+ years related HR experience or10+ years related HR experience orAn equivalent combination of education and experience.MBA or master's degree in related field preferred.Benefits: At Brewer Science, we are a Top Workplace, Certified Employee-Owned, Certified B Corp™, and GreenCircle Certified Zero Waste to Landfill.
