We're early-stage, well-capitalized, fast-paced, and hands-on.About the RoleThe Robotics Operator plays a key role in contributing to our robotics models by running hands-on data collection and evaluation sessions. In this position, you will support one or more of our three main pipelines:Data Collection - Operate robotic systems to complete structured tasks and collect high-quality training dataEvaluation - Assess robot performance against established criteriaAnnotations - Review videos of robot task performance and accurately label actionsThis is an entry-level role — no prior robotics experience required. This role is repetitive by design. You will typically be assigned to the pipeline that best matches your strengths, while assignments may also shift based on daily operational priorities.
