Presented by Procom for our client, a leading organization seeking a detail-oriented T&E Processor to support expense management and finance operations.We are ideally seeking candidates currently working in a Travel & Expense (T&E), expense processing, or related finance operations role with 2-5 years of relevant experience.The T&E Processor will be responsible for managing employee expense report processing, monitoring shared inbox activity, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting internal stakeholders with timely and accurate resolution of expense-related inquiries.This is a 6-month contract role and a hybrid position (3 days remote, 2 days onsite in Raleigh, NC)Key responsibilities include managing the expense report processing queue, reviewing reports for accuracy and compliance, resolving discrepancies with employees and approvers, handling Concur inbox activity, supporting month-end close processes, maintaining documentation, generating operational reports, and identifying process improvement opportunities.Mandatory Skills2-5 years of experience in T&E processing, expense reporting, accounts payable, or finance operationsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial dataExperience managing expense reports and ensuring policy complianceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsCustomer service mindset with ability to support internal stakeholdersProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExperience handling high-volume transactional or operational workflowsNice to HaveExperience with Concur or other expense management platformsAssociate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fieldExperience supporting month-end close activitiesExposure to audit preparation and documentation requirementsExperience identifying and supporting process improvement initiativesFamiliarity with finance operations or shared services environmentsExperience collaborating with cross-functional finance teamsBackground in accounts payable or similar transactional finance roles
