We're expanding our team and are seeking a highly motivated and energetic BDC Manager/BDC Rep to help us continue to grow and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.Job SummaryThe BDC Manager / BDC Rep plays a key role in supporting sales growth by managing incoming leads, setting appointments, supporting the sales team, and assisting with day-to-day operations. This hybrid role requires both a customer-focused mindset and operational leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platformsGenerate appointments for the sales team by following up with leadsTrack, monitor, and report on lead activity and conversion ratesSupport the E-Commerce Director with daily reporting, team coordination, and training initiativesAssist with inventory updates, promotional campaigns, and customer follow-upsMaintain CRM database with accurate and up-to-date informationContribute ideas for improving lead generation, workflow efficiency, and customer satisfactionProvide excellent service to customers, both online and in personQualifications2+ years of experience in business development, sales support, and automotive industry preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesProficient with CRM software - VinSolutions - is a requirementAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentSelf-motivated with a proactive attitude and attention to detailAvailability to work evenings, weekends and/or extended hours as neededWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary plus commission/bonus structureHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and professional developmentOpportunity to grow into a management role within the organization
