We are excited about this opportunity at Freddy's!Full-time position with Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability and Accident Insurance; Paid Time Off and Paid Float Holidays; 401(k) and 401(k) matching; Referral program; Employee discountRequired Skills and Experience:Prior restaurant managementUse of effective communication skills with guests, team members, and managersAbility to manage inventory; set team schedules; optimize labor hours; and drive salesAbility to use data to measure performance, productivity, sales, goals, and key performance indicatorsExperience with financial statements, profit and loss statements and expense reportingProficient in typical desktop software programs and restaurant operating systemsSpecific Responsibilities:Ensure overall team commitment to Freddy's standards of Hospitality, Quality, and CleanlinessHandle and resolve guest issues with the commitment to satisfactory resolutionProvide guidance to other employees with an emphasis on operational excellenceFocus on efficiencies in production, labor and food costsEnsure equipment is in good working order at all timesMaintain good vendor relationsPromote the delivery and rollout of new products, marketing initiatives, technology, operational programs and proceduresSupport strategies to ensure operational progress, sales growth and employee retentionOther responsibilities as assigned within the scope of the positionPhysical Requirements (including but not limited to):Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends - 40 - 50 hours per week; Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to performessential functions; Required to lift up to 50 pounds during the course of a workday; Require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder.Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers was co-founded in 2002 by brothers Bill and Randy Simon with their friend and business partner, Scott Redler.
