This pivotal role focuses on the detailed research, structuring, and credit analysis of complex commercial credit requests, with a heavy emphasis on SBA lending in the commercial space.Operating with a high degree of independence under established Underwriting Guidelines and Credit Policy, the incumbent will serve as a technical expert and a key collaborative partner to Commercial Loan Officers. Beyond core underwriting, this individual will take on impactful leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior analysts, managing third-party vendors, and driving special reporting projects.
