Role Description Interactive Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced Architect to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Richmond, CA. The Architect will be responsible for creating, planning, and overseeing architectural designs, managing multiple projects, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. Key responsibilities also include collaboration with design teams and other stakeholders, integrating technical solutions into project plans, and delivering comprehensive architectural solutions on schedule and within budget. Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture with skills in Architectural DesignProficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee projects from conception through completionKnowledge of Software Development principles and their application in project tools or workflowsExperience in Integration and collaboration across multidisciplinary teamsProficiency in drafting software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platformsDemonstrated understanding of building codes, Title 24 requirements, and sustainable design practicesLEED certification or experience with green building and design is a plusBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field; licensed Architect preferred
