Travelling Concrete Superintendent Location: Reno, NV (client is open to candidates nationwide)Salary: $100K-$175K (salary depends on experience) Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead and manage cast-in-place concrete operations on commercial and multi-family projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and supervising self-perform concrete crews to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of high-quality concrete work.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise day-to-day cast-in-place concrete operations and self-perform crews, ensuring work is performed safely and to quality standards.Plan, sequence, and schedule concrete pours, flatwork, slabs, foundations, tilt-up panels, and structural concrete elements in coordination with project managers and general contractors.Direct formwork, rebar installation, embeds, concrete placement, consolidation, curing, and place-finish activities to meet design specifications and industry best practices.Coordinate materials, concrete mix designs, testing, and delivery logistics with suppliers and QC/QA personnel to maintain productivity and minimize delays.Oversee site setup, layout, jointing, and flatwork techniques for a range of projects including big box, retail, healthcare, hotel, warehouse, and ground-up commercial developments.QualificationsMinimum 3++ years of progressive experience in concrete construction with at least 3 years in a superintendent or lead role overseeing cast-in-place and self-perform operations.Demonstrated expertise in cast-in-place concrete, self-perform execution, flatwork, tilt-up, structural concrete, slabs, foundations, pour-in-place and place-finish methods.Union carpenter, structural concrete, Experience on a variety of project types including high-rise, tilt wall/tilt-up, big box, retail, healthcare, warehouse, hotel, and ground-up commercial projects.Strong knowledge of concrete materials, formwork, rebar placement, consolidation, curing, testing procedures, and relevant codes and standards (ACI, local building codes).Candidates who fill out skills and questions move to the front of the application process!BenefitsFull Benefits Included  Email Your Resume In Word ToJohn.Kramer@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
