The nature of an agricultural product like flowers, with high seasonality and subject to variability in factors affecting production, requires high flexibility and the ability to make decisions and adapt to changing circumstances in very short term, while remaining firm on strategy execution.MissionProvide support to the facility manager in human resource management in accordance with the legal framework and corporate guidelines, in order to attract, motivate, and retain competent talent according to organizational needs, while promoting the company's culture within a healthy and productive work environment.ResponsibilitiesPayroll & Timekeeping:Audits time and invoices for contingent workers to ensure they match the time cardsPrepare Time Detail ReportsRun the missing punches report and follow up. Collect and enter all missing time before the end of dayCreates and generates reports for HR and Operations.Pre-Hire & On-boardingDistribute pre-hire paperwork, collects new hire information, make sure the forms are completed and documents turned in, roster updatesConducts new hire orientation on clock-in and out proceduresEducates new hires on use of timekeeping and self-service toolsEmployee Life Cycle And HRISEnsures data integrity in HRIS (Unify) and other people related systemsAssist HR manager with maintenance of employee personnel recordsAdministrativeTime & AttendanceReceives Absence requests for processingAll other projects and responsibilities as assignedCollaborate with the follow up on missing or pending paperwork.PlanningPlan the recruitment of personnel according to the facility's needs.Organize and implement the company's welfare plans.Coordination, ExecutionManage the recruitment of personnel for the area of impact.Review and control the hours registered by employees in the company's software.Ensure the weekly reports of hours worked by employees are sent.Coordinate the recruitment of direct and agency personnel, ensuring that the required documentation is received before hiring and complies with legal requirements.Execute training and development plans, supporting the teams in the area of impact.Participate in the monthly safety committee meetings.Assurance (KPI of the position)Ensure the fulfillment of the management indicators established for the current year in the position.Ensure compliance with the internal policies described in the employee handbook.Ensure the safety manual is implemented in the facility.Basic QualificationsProfessional in Human Resources Management and/or related fields.Experience using Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook as well as other software.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and overtime, as needed, and during busy peak seasonAuthorized to work in the U.S.Bilingual: fluent in English and SpanishKnowledge in Basic regulations, Federal and/or State Law.SkillsDemonstrated ability to self-audit for very high level of accuracyExcellent verbal, written, computer, data communication and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidential and privacy safeguardsDemonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a complex, high-paced environment.Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skill.Salary: $20 per hour
