About the Opportunity: The Associate Recruiter role supports the organization''s growth by managing sourcing and onboarding for a variety of positions. This fully remote role is key to ensuring the company attracts and hires talent needed to maintain and enhance patient care services.3. Responsibilities:Assist with sourcing candidates for various roles supporting patient and client careManage onboarding processes for new hiresInterface with business units and candidates to ensure successful recruitmentImplement sourcing strategies tailored to role requirementsUtilize negotiation and interpersonal skills to attract top talentMaintain time management to meet recruitment deadlinesUse Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office tools effectively4. Requirements:Minimum of two years of work experienceExperience with high volume recruiting, preferably with agency backgroundKnowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment techniquesProven ability to proactively solicit passive candidates, including phone outreach or inside sales experienceStrong negotiation and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems/databasesAbility to manage time effectively and meet deadlinesHigh-speed internet connection (excluding satellite and 5G-based internet)Previous healthcare recruiting experience is a plus5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Annual salary starting between $52,000 and $55,0006.
