Now hiring for a Food Scientist in Dallas, NC!Full-Time | On-SiteHours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMSalary: $75,000–$80,000OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Food Scientist to provide technical product support, develop customer-focused applications, and collaborate closely with Sales and Technical teams. This role involves hands-on product development, data reporting, customer support, and participation in meetings and tradeshows.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop samples, demos, and application concepts to meet customer needsProvide technical recommendations, stability data, and concise reportsResearch, test, and document new and existing product applicationsCollaborate with Sales and internal teams on customer and project supportMaintain project documentation, ingredient library, and organized lab spaceSupport customer visits, tradeshows, webinars, and presentationsFollow safety, quality, and GMP standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Food Science3–4 years of food or beverage industry experienceProduct development experienceStrong communication, organization, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Navision, GiNA, and QlikView preferredWillingness to travel as needed (1-2 times per year)
