Lead Customer Engineer - Power Electronics & Interconnect Solutions
Requirements:Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.Experience :2-5 years of technical support experience in the connector/interconnect industry (design wins preferred).Familiarity with interconnect systems, controllers, ESS/EV charging, or battery/module systems .Basic knowledge of industry standards (e.g., UL, EIA, IEC, Telcordia ) is a plus.Technical Skills :Proficient in 3D modeling (Creo) and Product Data Management (Windchill) .Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Skills:Strong verbal/written communication (able to explain technical concepts to global teams).Excellent customer service and relationship-building.Organized with sharp presentation skills .Responsibilities:Customer Solutions :Analyze needs and propose power solutions (existing products, modifications, or new concepts).Create models/presentations to showcase solutions.Technical Support :Generate engineering documents ( drawings, specs, test results ).Collaborate with thermal/simulation teams and lab testing.Product & Market Expertise :Advise customers on emerging trends and competitive differentiation .Build trusted relationships with key clients' engineering teams.Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) activities for new products.Travel : 30% required.
