615 Ventures is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member who is reliable and can communicate using a variety of methods and technology. You pride yourself on working efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities include performing a variety of tasks to keep multiple office buildings in pristine condition.HOURS/POSITION TYPE:Full-time, 40 hours per weekMonday through Friday12pm - 8pm or 2pm - 10pm or 5am-2pmResponsibilities:Office and deep cleaning may include:Vacuum, sweep, and mop floorsStock bathrooms and cleaning suppliesCollect and dispose of wasteDisinfecting high-touch surfacesMake minor repairs when necessaryPossess the ability to work individually or as a teamComputer and/or smart phone competentTenant move-in and move-out cleaningAll other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Understand tenant expectations and deliver above and beyond service for requestsConsistency and punctuality is a mustPrior experience cleaningArrive in a timely manner every dayConsistency and punctuality is a mustSafely use hazardous chemicals and power equipment to prevent damage to the building and harm to self and others by following safety proceduresAbility to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects (at least 25 pounds)Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materialsADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Reliable transportationAbility to speak English fluently18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.Background checkProfessional references upon requestABOUT US:615 Ventures has a diverse and growing commercial real estate portfolio throughout the state of Tennessee.
