Senior Consultant, Solution Engineering

The Senior Consultant is responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients within the organization. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful client satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals. Essential job responsibilities include providing expert advice and solutions to clients to ensure high-quality results, developing and implementing consulting plans, timelines, and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders to gather consulting requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals, monitoring consulting progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion, providing regular updates and reports to senior management on consulting status, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact consulting success, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment within the consulting team. Qualifications and requirements include a bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field, with a preferred master's degree in business administration or a related field. Minimum of seven years of experience in consulting or a related field is required, with preferred experience in providing expert advice and solutions to clients. Skills include analytical analysis, business development, business intelligence (BI), business solutions development, client relationship building, customer relationship management (CRM), detail-oriented document management, kaizen (continuous improvement), legal practices, legal project management, legal writing, professional collaboration, quality assurance (QA), and statistics. Certifications are not required but preferred management consultant or equivalent certification is encouraged. The compensation range for this role is $120,000 USD up to $155,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. This will be based on your background and skills alignment with the role.
