In this role, you'll manage intake, scope complex qualitative research and strategy efforts, and hold teams accountable to deliver the highest quality outcomes. You will own and operate team metrics and reporting, manage team assets, shape continuous organizational improvement, and facilitate operational excellence across team efforts.Requirements:8 years' experience performing end-to-end experience research, including planning, moderating, and analyzing generative qualitative data to inform experiences; with an emphasis on analyzing qualitative data, demonstrating the ability to explore and articulate relationships across data points and patterns.6 years of quantitative measurement and metrics, demonstrating the ability to generate metrics that reflect impact, clean and handle data, and maintain metrics to use for reportingDemonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management methods to keep teams on track.Advanced communication skills experienced in presenting to executives.MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), MS SharePoint (for websites), FigJam/Zoom Whiteboards, Maze
