Working closely with our GTM leadership team, you’ll focus on strategic initiatives that span GTM and pipeline generation strategy. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic thinking and operational execution in a high-growth technology environment. You'll apply your analytical rigor to solve complex business challenges while directly implementing solutions that impact our bottom line and scale our operations. One more thing...We work in a hybrid model—you’ll join us in our Redwood City office to collaborate, connect, and enjoy a team atmosphere!What You'll DoGo-to-Market Optimization: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Solutions to optimize our go-to-market motions and improve customer acquisition efficiencyAnalytics: Analyze pipeline performance, campaign ROI, and funnel conversion metrics to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing investmentsReporting: Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to track marketing performance (pipeline, ROI, brand health, etc.). Operational cadence: Establish and maintain the operational cadence for the marketing team, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), overseeing campaign planning cycles, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and strategic focus. Create repeatable frameworks for campaign planning, budget allocation, and program execution.Executive Communication: Synthesize complex analyses into clear, compelling presentations for board members, investors, and executive leadershipYour Background4-6 years of experience, including prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insightsOutstanding presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executivesTrack record of leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholdersPassion for technology and interest in the data intelligence/analytics spaceCompensation Pay Range$122,301.00 - $165,107.00Salary InformationThe base salary range is specific to the United States. The salary of the final candidate selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, work location, specialty and training.
