Solutions Developer

Role The firm is seeking a motivated and adaptable Solutions Developer to join its growing team in Chicago. In this role, the successful candidate will develop a range of technologies, including SharePoint, Blazor (Microsoft’s modern web framework), Azure cloud services, and emerging AI-driven solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, solving complex problems, and working collaboratively. Candidates should already have strong experience in front-end or back-end development, such as JavaScript, C#, or CSS. This role also offers the opportunity to work with AI tools to improve workflows, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to practical business solutions. Key Skills and Qualifications Willingness to learn and work with a variety of technologies Interest in Microsoft tools such as SharePoint and Blazor, prior experience is preferred, but not required Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure services, including Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Azure Automation, and Azure Container Apps Intermediate to advanced proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and CSS, or a strong willingness and aptitude to develop expertise in these technologies Interest in AI tools and how they can improve day-to-day work processes Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Positive attitude, professionalism, and a proactive approach to learning and taking on new challenges Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., information systems, data science, business, or related discipline); an advanced degree is a plus but not required. At least 3-5 years of experience in a technology, consulting, or technology-enabled professional services environment.
