Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Duties: - Greet guests and escort them to their tables - Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals - Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail - Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests - Process payments using POS systems or cash registers - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required - Strong knowledge of culinary terms, menu items, and beverage options - Basic math skills for accurately handling payments and making change - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing exceptional guest services - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with restaurant technology such as POS systems or OpenTable is a plus - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
