General Manager of Restaurant Operations

Description:As the General Manager of Restaurant Operations, you will oversee the daily functioning of the restaurant while prioritizing customer and team member satisfaction, all while driving profitability. ResponsibilitiesProvide strong leadership to the restaurant team. Manage Human Resources tasks such as performance evaluations, scheduling, recruitment, and team member training. Oversee financial management including inventory control, productivity forecasting, financial reporting, and cost management. Achieve financial targets and objectives. Develop and implement local marketing campaigns and new promotions. Handle daily bank deposits and cash management issues. Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Stay informed about competitors' promotions, trends, and growth opportunities. Ensure the restaurant team delivers exceptional customer service. Address and resolve customer concerns effectively. Guarantee product quality in line with Pizza Hut standards. Order supplies and foster strong relationships with suppliers. Collaborate with the District Manager to enhance market performance. Requirements:To succeed as a General Manager, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant or food industry role, including prior management experience. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a proven ability to coach and develop staff, and maintain financial controls. Strong analytical, math, and accounting skills, along with a customer-focused attitude, are essential. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is necessary. You will report directly to the District Manager.
