They are a Sr Prog Manager (Level 7 at SFDC) 5+ years minimum in direct research ops. 75% of role and day is in direct research support means intake requests for research, understand research request and who they want to recruit and leverage channels to recruit. Could be our own research database my team has built and maintained, recruiting participants from Org 62, external channels like user testing or user interviews. They are finding participants to fulfill research sessions. My team manages 8-12 research activities at a time. Talking to customers, researchers, fulfilling research activities.25% of role and day spent in strategic programs. Where Jessica + team finds a lot of job satisfaction bc strategic work. All programs centered around research, build and scale programs adding research capabilities, build entire recruiting inclusive program. All programs are direct match to research priorities, my team manages, builds and scale these programs and then reports on success of programs.Must have: I cannot train research, need years and years of research ops experience, program management to some degree should have managed a program or two and share impact of that program, stakeholder management, they are talking to so many ppl including customers need good articulation & exceptional collaboration skills & speaking skills.Nice to have: PMP Cert would set ppl a part.Optional: Digging into data, they will excel with large data source experience. Ideally some familiarity with AI and what it can do to streamline their jobs.Ready to interview ASAP. Jessica and her partner round 1, second round with stakeholders and we will do portfolio / panel. Maybe will condense these to 2 rounds total.Strong possibility to extend and very likely to convert. This program is not going anywhere.Manager is totally fine fully remote. Sometimes we see "recruiting and we get HR people, this is not right. Participant coordination is what I need. Project Managers in research ops. This is very easy, we are just trying to understand logic in real time. I hesitate on healthcare, it's different and not a great fit, other industries can be fine bc we work with all of them. I would say no to healthcare though.Start up or enterprise company experience?
