Medical Surgical (Med Surg) Nurse Join our dedicated team as a Medical Surgical (Med Surg) Nurse and make a vital impact on patient care in a community hospital setting. In this role, you will provide compassionate and efficient nursing services on a 12-hour night shift basis, contributing to positive patient outcomes across a medical-surgical unit. Your expertise will help ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Required Skills: Valid RN license Proven proficiency with IV medications Ability to adapt quickly and function effectively within a team ACLS certification preferred Experience in CAH (Critical Access Hospital) settings highly desirable Willingness to assist in emergency situations, including urgent care in the ER Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in a CAH environment Additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC Bilingual abilities Preferred Education and Experience: Current RN licensure with at least 1 year of medical-surgical experience Prior experience in a hospital or critical access setting preferred Other Requirements: Willingness to work the 7p-7a shift Must be able to start on or after June 1, 2026 Willing to assist with travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements when applicable This is a fantastic opportunity for compassionate nurses seeking stability, competitive pay at $53.60 per hour, and a supportive work environment.
