Advanced Supply Chain Systems Specialist
Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Translate business requirements into system configurations within assigned scope, aligned to approved solution designSupport fit-to-standard activities and ensure alignment with established program guidelinesCoordinate with business stakeholders, IT, Oracle, and implementation partners to support solution deliveryExecute system-related activities across demand planning, supply planning, production planning, materials management, and inventory controlDevelop and maintain business process documentation (current and future state) and support master data requirementsSupport process standardization by applying defined templates, tools, and project methodologiesExecute system testing activities (CRP, SIT, UAT), including preparation, execution, defect tracking, and follow-upSupport pilot deployment, including site readiness, coordination of activities, and post-go-live stabilizationTrack risks, issues, and dependencies within assigned scope and escalate as neededSupport development of training materials, documentation, and knowledge transfer activitiesIdentify improvement opportunities within assigned scope and support root cause analysisQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain or related fieldPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience across Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Order Management)Experience with system testing (CRP, SIT, UAT), master data and process documentationSKILLS AND ABILITIES:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work on complex, related issuesAbility to translate business requirements into structured system and process solutionsWorking knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) and supply chain processesEffective communication skills with ability to collaborate across cross-functional teamsAbility to manage tasks, risks, and issues within a structured project environmentStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to follow defined processes, standards, and implementation methodologiesCapable of working independently within assigned scope with minimal supervisionBENEFITS SUMMARY: Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug plans 401K with 4% Company Match Vacation/PTO and 13 paid Holidays Bonus Program FSA/HSA and Dependent Care Programs Company provided Life, Disability, ADD and Business Travel Insurance Various No Cost Wellness & Chronic Condition Management Programs Various Optional Insurance programs such as legal, identity theft, critical illness, etc. Tuition Reimbursement Career Development and Ongoing Training Employee Assistance Program Employee Spotlight and Recognition Program Volunteer Opportunities Onsite Fitness Center (vary by location) Cafeteria and food markets (vary by location) Onsite Health Clinic and Pharmacy (vary by location) Candidates residing 50+ miles from the work location are eligible for relocation assistance.Annual Salary: $96,400 - $120,400
