Machine Operator

We have openings in the Monroe, NC area for 1st and 2nd shift machine operators and production line work. 1st shift hours are 6:00am to 2:30pm. 2nd shift is 2:30pm to 11:00pm. Pay rate is $18/hr. Production line operators schedule is 8:00am to 4:30pm. You must be able to lift 50lbs, work in a non-climate-controlled environment and have steel toed boots. Must be able to stand and walk for 8-hour shift. All positions are temp to hire depending on your work ethic, attendance and attitude. Need to be flexible to work different positions. Responsibilities: Operate the production equipment and machines Align and handle material Maintain equipment in good condition Check product quality Report machine issues, malfunctions, or defective parts Meet production output requirements Keep records of production quantities and time Requirements: Attention to detail Ability in using tools and machines Good understanding of quality control principles Good communication skills (verbal and written) Must be able to lift 50 lbs If you are interested in one of these positions, please go to our website www.goodworkstaffing.com and apply online.
