Job Title: Program Manager with CISO (chief information security officer) admin experience Location: Charlotte, NC , Atlanta, GA , Washington, DC (Onsite) Duration: 12+ months Summary: Provide administrative support to the Chief Information Security officer and Enterprise Cyber Office (ECO). Perform general clerical and general office duties with minimal guidance to include calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, meeting and event logistics, travel logistics and other administrative tasks as necessary. Follow established procedures, methods, and practices. In addition, provide overarching program management support to the Chief of Staff/ Head of PMO and successfully ensure appropriate tracking against program deliverables working closely with a MSSP team and assisting with internal projects and initiatives as needed. Collaborate with various departments and leaders to develop project or program plans to achieve strategic initiatives within the ECO. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.) Prepare (key) correspondence, reports, and forms. Compose correspondence as directed. Organize and maintain an efficient calendar and schedule for the CISO and other leaders as necessary. Coordinate and plan events and meetings as necessary to include logistics, note taking and schedule. Assist with developing appropriate office wide policies and procedures. Arrange and handle details related to travel arrangements, expense reports, meetings, and appointments. Execute routine projects within general guidelines & instruction. Establish and maintain files and records. Deal discreetly with confidential information. Interact with internal and/or external customers to provide information, assist in solving problems and answer questions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.) Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience. Two years of experience in project management and administrative roles or related. Highly effective written / verbal communication and facilitation skills. Self-starter who takes ownership and accountability for high quality service delivery. Action oriented, execution driven person with strong attention to detail. Proven organizational skills and employs a rigorous process for follow up and coordination activities. Comfortable working in a continuously changing, fast paced environment- balancing multiple priorities, special projects, and other activities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and aggressive individual willing to assume responsibility. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications and Webex technologies. Ability to endure light physical labor. Ability to operate office equipment (e.g. AV, room set up, printers etc..).
