Manager, FM Asset Management Program DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager, FM Asset Management Program located in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Raynham, Massachusetts, West Chester, Pennsylvania, Warsaw, Indiana, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Cork, Ireland, or Leeds, UK. The Manager, FM Asset Management Program is responsible for owning and deploying the global FM asset management framework, ensuring critical facilities assets are identified, maintained, risk-managed, and lifecycle-planned across the DPS portfolio. This role ensures that asset management is risk-based, data-driven, and aligned to business continuity and compliance requirements, supporting safe and reliable facilities operations. This role is responsible for leading the development, governance, and execution of facilities management (FM) asset management programs across DePuy Synthes. This role ensures that facility assets are effectively planned, maintained, and optimized throughout their lifecycle to support safety, reliability, compliance, and cost efficiency. The position plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making, capital planning, and operational excellence across a complex, global facilities environment. Scope of Role Global footprint: ~ 110 DPS sites Functional scope: Asset inventory, criticality, lifecycle planning, risk-based maintenance Geographic reach: Global Authority: Global asset management standards, methodologies, and metrics Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the global FM asset management program, including asset criticality and risk classification. Ensure consistent asset data, maintenance standards, and lifecycle planning. Partner with regional FM teams to embed risk-based asset prioritization. Provide leadership visibility into critical asset risks, gaps, and investment needs. Support capital planning through asset condition and lifecycle insights. Drive continuous improvement in asset reliability and compliance. Lead and manage the FM asset management program, including asset lifecycle planning, standards, and governance. Establish and maintain asset management frameworks, processes, and tools to support consistent execution across sites. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and governance of FM asset data and systems. Monitor asset performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards related to facilities assets. Provide guidance, training, and subject-matter expertise on asset management practices to stakeholders. Demonstrated experience managing asset management programs or portfolios in a regulated or complex environment. Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and capital planning. Experience working with asset management systems, data, and performance metrics. Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience supporting manufacturing, R&D, or large corporate facilities portfolios. Familiarity with global FM standards and asset management frameworks. Experience driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience working in a global or highly regulated organization. The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $102,000.00 - $177,100.00 Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
