The CPO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for the vision, strategy, quality, and impact of the company's global programs. This role involves leading a diverse global team to design, scale, and deliver high-impact eye health programming, with a focus on clinical excellence, monitoring and evaluation, policy engagement, and sustainable systems change. The successful candidate will also be involved in global policy and advocacy, and will ensure that the program portfolio is executed with excellence and in alignment with the organization's global strategy. Candidates for the CPO position should have an advanced degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years' of leadership experience in global health or international development. Key competencies include expertise in global health and international development, strategic portfolio leadership, and a strong background in monitoring, evaluation, and evidence-based practices. The role requires a proven track record in resource mobilization, policy and advocacy, and the ability to lead in complex, multicultural environments.
