What this job involves:As a Project Manager specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional project outcomes for our clients. You'll manage and lead complex MEP projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. This role offers meaningful opportunities to strengthen and advance your career while making a real impact on challenging MEP infrastructure projects.What your day-to-day will look like:Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality delivery within timelines and budgetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team membersLead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and high performanceDevelop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and proactively mitigate risksMonitor project finances, ensure budgetary adherence, and provide accurate cost forecastsImplement quality control measures to meet the highest standards and client expectationsIdentify process enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiativesRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably industrial constructionProficiency in project management softwareStrong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and controlsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholdersProven ability to lead and motivate teams while managing multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred qualifications:Professional certification in project management (PMP)Experience working in a global and matrixed organizationKnowledge of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standardsFamiliarity with digital tools and technologies in project managementAdvanced problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
