Modeling & Structuring Manager

Job Title: LIHTC Modeling & Structuring ManagerLocation: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 2 days in office)Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct HirePay Range: $100,000 - $110,000 base salary plus bonusBenefits: Annual incentive and a benefits package to all full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan match, health savings accounts, etc.Company: Not-For-Profit with RE DealsKey Responsibilities:Review and troubleshoot Excel models for new project bids and throughout the project life cycleReview projectionsRecommend changes that may enhance yield or address structuring issuesCoordinate with external counsel on transaction structuring considerationsConduct closing auditsTroubleshoot and redesign models as neededManage investor and credit requestsManage and assist with post-closing change requestsKey Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics (Master's or CPA preferred); tax accounting background strongly preferred4+ years of LIHTC experience, including experience in real estate structuring, debt structuring, and partnership modelingAdvanced Excel skills, including the ability to build, manipulate, and troubleshoot complex tax-incentivized real estate models
