Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be required to provide site improvement stake outs, deed descriptions, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, house-line stake outs and final as-built surveys. You will also work within AutoCAD Civil 3D and alongside existing office staff/management to successfully com- plete projects within established budgets and deadlines. Your Qualifications should include: Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, providing strong team leadership and effective project delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Managerial experience preferred. Ability to oversee survey field crew Ability to prepare final survey maps. 5-10 years experience in surveying. Drivers License PLS preferred What’s in it for you?
