Job DetailsDescriptionChimes International | Residential ProgramsSalary: $70,000 Annually What You’ll DoProgram & Operations ManagementOversee daily operations across multiple residential homesConduct regular site visits (scheduled & unannounced) to ensure compliance and qualityMonitor documentation, staffing, and service deliveryCoordinate admissions, transfers, and ongoing program implementationPerson-Centered SupportLead and coordinate Individual Plan (IP) development and executionServe as a primary point of contact for individuals, families, and stakeholdersEnsure services align with individual goals and regulatory standardsMonitor behavioral and support programs to ensure effectivenessLeadership & Team OversightSupervise House Managers and indirectly oversee Direct Support Professionals. Conduct performance evaluations and support staff developmentParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and training of staffLead staff meetings and ensure strong communication across teamsHealth, Safety & ComplianceEnsure all health, safety, and medication records are accurate and up to dateOversee incident reporting and follow-up in accordance with DDA and agency policiesRespond to emergencies and ensure proper documentation and communicationMaintain compliance with licensing, regulatory, and internal standardsFiscal & Administrative OversightReview and approve timesheets and payroll submissionsManage individual financial allowances and monitor expensesSupport cost-effective operations across all assigned sitesWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field (preferred)2+ years managing multiple residential sites2+ years of supervisory experienceExperience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD)Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, documentation, and quality assuranceExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsValid driver’s license with reliable transportationWhy Chimes?Mission-driven work that changes livesMedical plans starting at $6.90/month (Day 1!)
