Based in Auburn Hills, MI, we provide individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based ABA services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental challenges. Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (based on experience) Health benefit reimbursement Paid time off, holidays, and training Flexible scheduling for work-life balance Supportive, team-focused environment with real growth potential Schedule Clinic hours: Monday – Friday Work hours: 4 days → 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM 1 day → 11:30 AM – 7:15 PM What You’ll Do As a BCaBA, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to: Provide behavior-analytic services in home, clinic, and community settings Assist with treatment plans, assessments, and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Support & supervise RBTs with feedback and training Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress Collaborate with families and team members for consistent care Maintain ethical, high-quality ABA practices Qualifications Active BCaBA certification (BACB) Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field 6+ months of experience with autism or developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Preferred: Experience with ABA data platforms (Motivity, Aloha) Supervising RBTs/BTs Knowledge of Michigan Medicaid/insurance documentation Bilingual (Spanish preferred, but not required) Apply Today!
