Job Title: Principal AI ArchitectLocation- RemoteJob SummaryWe are seeking a visionary Principal AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI and machine learning solutions. This role is responsible for defining AI strategy, architecting robust systems, and driving innovation across the organization while ensuring alignment with business goals and ethical AI practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the organization’s AI/ML architecture and long-term strategyDesign scalable, secure, and high-performance AI/ML systems and platformsEvaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for AI solutionsCollaborate with business leaders to identify high-impact AI use casesOversee end-to-end AI solution lifecycle (data ingestion, model development, deployment, monitoring)Establish best practices for model governance, explainability, and ethical AILead and mentor teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and architectsDrive adoption of MLOps practices and automation pipelinesEnsure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standardsStay current with emerging AI trends and bring innovation into the organizationRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)12–15+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/MLProven experience designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML systemsStrong expertise in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)Deep understanding of data architecture, cloud platforms, and distributed systemsExperience with APIs, microservices, and system integrationPreferred QualificationsExperience with Generative AI, NLP, or computer vision solutionsHands-on experience with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop)Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD, and DevOps practicesKey Skills & CompetenciesStrategic thinking and technical leadershipAdvanced problem-solving and system design skillsStrong communication and stakeholder influenceInnovation mindset and continuous learningAbility to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
