What You'll Do: Conduct in-home consultations with warm leads Manage the full sales pipeline from initial outreach to contract close Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer records, and manage communication Create and present detailed project estimates and contracts Educate customers on our services and how we compare to competitors Apply strong relationship management, negotiation, and customer service skills to drive successful sales outcomes Partner with the production team to ensure a smooth project transition Resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle What We're Looking For: Previous experience in sales, inside sales, outside sales, or B2C sales is a plus—but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter who can manage time and prioritize tasks effectively Comfortable using CRM tools Positive attitude, high energy, and a growth mindset Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for appointments Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
