Linux Kernel Software Engineer

Overview In this role you will contribute to Arista’s EOS kernel, driving kernel features and tests while coordinating with upstream communities. You’ll evaluate CPUs and NICs, bring up new hardware, and ensure robust, scalable kernel solutions across products. You work closely with hardware, software, and support teams to deliver high-quality, reliable systems. This is a hands-on position at the intersection of kernel development and data-center networking, offering meaningful impact on product reliability and performance.
