This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient front office experience, ensuring all guests feel valued and well-assisted. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred. Proficiency in using computers and reservation systems (e.g., Opera, HotSos). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
