This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient front office experience, ensuring all guests feel valued and well-assisted. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred. Proficiency in using computers and reservation systems (e.g., Opera, HotSos). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay Range: $29.9505 - $40.9341
