Director of UX Design

A company is looking for a Director, UX Design to lead the design efforts for an AI-driven IT operations platform. Key Responsibilities Define AI-native UX principles and interaction models for the platform Lead the design process for user-centered conceptual models and prototypes in collaboration with Engineering and PMs Own the end-to-end user experience across the company's products and core platform capabilities Required Qualifications 8+ years in UX/Product Design, with experience in complex B2B SaaS platforms Proven track record in designing AI-powered or agentic systems Experience with cross-product design systems and interaction patterns at scale Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and measurable product impact Familiarity with AI-native design and human-AI collaboration tools
