Regional Finance Coordinator

Centers Health Care is seeking an experienced Regional Finance Coordinator to support and oversee the financial operations for our Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Upstate New York. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and an effective leader who can drive strong financial performance.Candidate must be able to travel throughout Upstate New York.Duties:Oversee financial performance for a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities within the regionPartner with Administrators, DONs, and facility leadership to improve financial and operational outcomesMonitor revenue cycle performance, including billing, collections, and reimbursement processesEnsure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controlsIdentify financial risks and opportunities, and develop action plans accordinglyProvide coaching and financial education to Business Office Managers and facility leadershipRequirements:Experience overseeing financial performance across multiple healthcare facilitiesStrong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and SNF reimbursement modelsHigh comfort level working with executive and facility leadership teamsMust be analytical, detailed, and organizedAbility to travel regularly throughout Upstate NYGood communication skills
