The company provides an infrastructure for rappers, clothing brands, artists, influencers, and celebrities to launch and monetize virtual products and enter the next generation of fashion.Role Description This is an unpaid, full-time, 6-week virtual rotational role (located in New York, NY) for a Software Engineer Intern focused on Roblox development. You will design, build, and optimize in-game systems, UGC integrations, and interactive experiences that power a 400K+ user digital fashion platform.What We're Looking For:Builders who can ship fast and iterate with an ability to work across disciplines (engineering, design, content)Strong creative + technical crossoverInterest in fashion, gaming, and digital identityYou'll work across engineering, design, and content where you'll support the building of scalable products, drop systems, and user-facing features that merge fashion, gaming, and culture. Day-to-day tasks will involve:Develop and ship Roblox systems using Lua (game mechanics, UI, drop systems)Collaborate with designers and 3D artists to integrate UGC assetsBuild and test scalable in-game experiences and featuresSupport web/app integrations tied to drops and user engagementContribute to product ideas, content strategy, and growth initiativesDebug, optimize, and improve performance across experiencesQualificationsStrong proficiency in Lua (Roblox Studio) and object-oriented programmingExperience with software development principles and debuggingFamiliarity with Blender / 3D design pipelines is a strong plusExposure to web development (HTML/CSS/JS) or application developmentUnderstanding of UGC platforms, gaming ecosystems, or digital fashionBonus: experience with content strategy, TikTok growth, or have a large audience / social media followingStrong problem-solving skills and ability to execute quicklyWhy Round 2 NYC?
