Director of Unit Management [Human Services Program Administrator 3]

The Opportunity: We are seeking a Director of Unit Management to lead the development and oversight of behavior management systems across our juvenile correctional facilities. In this role, you will design the policies that shape youth discipline and behavior modification, serving as a key leader in maintaining a safe, habilitative environment.Core ResponsibilitiesPolicy Leadership: develop, implement, and refine policies to ensure alignment with agency goals. Ensure procedures remain compliant, effective, and habilitative.System Management: Provide comprehensive management of the Youth Discipline and Youth Behavior Management System, including budget development and expense monitoring.Training and Development: Design and implement behavior modification training. Provide technical support and assistance to staff to ensure consistent application of techniques.Data and Compliance: Develop and monitor incident reporting and data collection systems. Analyze metrics to provide regular reports to Bureau Chiefs.Systems Liaison: Serve as the division liaison to IT for the development and monitoring of Juvenile Justice Case Management System (JJCMS).
