Field Engineer

DescriptionDiagnose and resolve complex system issues while guiding others in problem-solving strategies. Serve as the primary technical contact, offering onsite and remote coaching to address challenges effectively. Conduct system maintenance on field controllers, servers, workstations, and associated hardware. Identify and communicate technical issues, recommending necessary upgrades, enhancements, or repairs. Monitor equipment schedules and suggest modifications to optimize performance. Oversee assigned tasks to ensure timely completion while exceeding customer quality expectations. Maintain clear documentation and provide status updates to customers throughout the project. Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 applications. Holds a Bachelor's or Associate degree, Technical/Business School Certificate, or Diploma in HVAC, Controls, or a related field.
