Role :Lead Architect - CrestaLocation: Westchester ,PA (Remote)Duration :12+ Months JOB DESCRIPTION Looking for a experienced Lead Architect with expertise on Cresta with the below skills :Key skills:Assess current architecture and potential blockers to enabling the full Cresta capabilities.Understanding of Cresta capabilities required to meet Clients program goals and timelines.Understanding of key systems / processes in telecom and chat, data platforms (for real time context and reporting / analytics), AI decisioning, cross platform integrations, etc.Support end to end architecture: strategy, documentation and gap analysis.Leverage industry best practices and future state business architecture to facilitate shared end-state technical architecture.Document data and system integration plan with blockers and possible solutions.Document ”end state” architecture across enterprise AI platforms, agent tools, voice/chat platforms and data platforms enabling the full set of Cresta capabilities.Platform business requirements to address identified gaps\".RegardsDivyansh
