Title Examiner - Foreclosure

DescriptionHoward Law is a growing law firm focused on foreclosure, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights representation for lenders and loan servicers. We are seeking an experienced Title Examiner to support our foreclosure practice through detailed title review and lien analysis. The Title Examiner will be responsible for conducting title searches, analyzing the chain of title, and identifying lienholders and parties with an interest in the property. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate foreclosure filings and proper identification of interested parties.
