Epic Training Program ManagerExperience leading implementation trainingEpic training certification (preferably ambulatory or patient access)Microsoft Excel proficiencyCreate and execute an overall vision for customer training programs, including engagement and approval from project leadershipCommunicate effectively with project leadership about training milestones, policies, and decisionsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with applications teams, project leadership and other stakeholders involved with the overall implementation of the Epic end-user training programDetermine staffing requirements for training programs. Recruit and hire principal and credentialed trainers for clinical, revenue cycle, access, and analytics end usersSupervise the work of all direct reports to ensure effective and efficient group functioningOversee the creation and maintenance of training environments, course catalogs and training schedules, and ensure all users are trained before they access production environmentsDeveloping customer-specific training environment strategies, including coordinating training environments, establishing refresh schedules, and developing playground and practice environmentsDetermine the types of curriculum delivery methods (such as instructor led classes, e-learning, and blended learning) that will be used during super user training and end user trainingPlan and execute a successful post go-live training programRequired skills: EpicAdditional skills: EHR AnalystThis is a high priority requisition.
