If you've worked on data center or mission-critical projects and thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments, this is your opportunity to take the lead on transformative builds that matter.What You’ll DoLead day-to-day on-site management of MEP installations on complex commercial projectsDirect and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and foremen to ensure project milestones are met safely and efficientlyReview and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications to guide project executionOversee installation of key systems: electrical distribution (medium/low voltage), HVAC, CRAC units, backup power, ductwork, and plumbingEnsure safety, quality, and code compliance through regular inspections and effective problem-solvingManage daily reporting and status updates to stakeholdersCollaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams to resolve field conflicts and maintain alignment with project objectivesContribute to QA/QC, commissioning, and system energization planning and execution.What You Bring7–10 years of field experience in construction, with 3–5 years specifically in MEP supervisionHands-on knowledge of data centers or mission-critical environments (hyperscale, colocation, etc.) is strongly preferredTechnical expertise in electrical systems, chilled water systems, HVAC, and controlsStrong communication skills and the ability to lead field teams effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Project preferredBachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical trainingValid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as neededAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and access active job site environments.Why You’ll Love It HereCompetitive Pay – Starting salary between $130,000–$140,000, depending on experience.
