Please email your resume to ahernandez@wovit.org.Role Description Women of Valor in Training     Program Coordinator As a program coordinator you will ensure that the Women of Valor in Training (WOVIT) program achieves its intended outcomes and is valuable to the clients we serve. Responsibilities·      Perform interviews for potential clients ·      Detail a plan and goals for each client’s success ·      Assist in finding volunteers to help clients learn new skills ·      Match coaches with the clients ·      Maintain a schedule for each client·      Keep a detailed record of all happenings ·      Handle any conflicts within your abilities·      Build and maintain a trusting and professional relationship with clients·      Maintain a positive relationship with volunteers, partners, and landlordsCharacteristic of a Program Coordinator ·      Self-motivated and able to work independently ·      Empathetic and compassionate·      Ability to motivate others·      High integrity and trustworthy·      Able to maintain a calm environment under pressureQualifications ·      Trauma-informed training preferred ·      Strong active listening skills·      Proven ability to coordinate and delegate efficiently ·      Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently·      Highly organized with strong attention to detail·      Strong written and verbal communication skills
