Transportation Driver - No special license neededNow offering a $1000 sign-on bonus ($500 upon hire and $500 after 6 months of employment) to hired candidates. (Based on hours worked)The NEEDS Center is looking for van drivers to transport individuals with disabilities to-and-from our Day Center Programs located in Tewksbury, MA & Beverly, MA.You will be driving NEEDS Center company vans and cars.30 hrs per weekWork hours for these positions are primarily: 7am-10am and/or 2pm-5pm daily.Positions can also be extended to full-time positions for qualified applicants, if desired, by working with individuals in our day programs during program hours.All you need is a regular driver's license and a good driving record.This position is primarily driving around the Tewksbury, Massachusetts area.Pay: $20/hrResponsibilities IncludeTransporting individuals to and from NEEDS Center Day Programs in company-owned vehiclesAssisting individuals in and out of the vehiclesAdhering to assigned routes and following time schedulesAbiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving recordQualifications IncludeYou must have a good driving record with at least 3 years of driving history that can be confirmedMinimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred.Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)Great Benefits IncludeHealth insuranceDental insurance, Vision insurance, and FSA403B Retirement PlanGenerous PTO and your birthday off.Tuition Reimbursement and Tuition Remission.The NEEDS Center specializes in providing services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
