The role involves preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, overseeing roofing projects, and ensuring safety compliance. Regular tasks include coordinating with clients, suppliers, and team members, as well as overseeing project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance.QualificationsMinimum 8 years of experience in a commercial roofing estimator/project manager positionProficiency in roofing systems, materials, and techniques, including expertise in Commercial roofs and waterproofing applicationsAbility to work at height and ensure adherence to strict safety protocolsStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesKnowledge of industry standards and regulationsAbility to read blueprints and technical documents
