Job Title: General Contractor Laborer (Lead Experience Preferred) Location: Mobile Position (servicing cultivation facilities, dispensaries, and processing plants)Employment Type: Full-TimePosition Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable General Contractor Laborer with lead experience to support construction, repair, and maintenance projects across our cultivation facilities, dispensaries, and processing sites. This is a mobile role requiring the ability to work independently and with Facilities Manager with minimal oversight while maintaining high-quality standards.When not actively engaged in project work, this role will support general building maintenance and upkeep across all company locations.Key Responsibilities Perform general construction tasks including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and minor electrical/plumbing workLead small projects from start to finish with minimal supervisionTroubleshoot and complete repairs in a timely and efficient mannerConduct routine building maintenance and preventative upkeepTravel between cultivation sites, dispensaries, and processing facilities as neededEnsure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and local regulationsMaintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working conditionCommunicate project updates and material needs to managementQualifications 3–5 years of construction or general contracting experience (preferred)Prior lead or supervisory experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of general construction practices and building systemsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projectsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding workReliable, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindsetDrug and Alcohol freeWhat We OfferCompany tools and uniforms providedConsistent, full-time work across multiple facilitiesOpportunity to take ownership of projects and grow within the companyWork Environment This position operates across a variety of environments including cultivation facilities, dispensaries, and processing plants .
