As an experienced Senior AI Full Stack Developer – Project Delivery Specialist, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Consider an opportunity with Deloitte under our Project Delivery Talent Model.Work as a Senior AI Developer on a large-scale consent order and global expansion program, building AI and automation solutions to support remediation, control enhancement, and process standardization. Developed intelligent workflows, analytics capabilities, and scalable data solutions to improve monitoring, decision-making, and reporting.Lead architecture and solution design for a GenAI copilot supporting Risk Analysts, from discovery through production rollout.Elicit and document business/functional requirements, define NFRs (security, latency, availability), and align with stakeholders.Define target-state architecture on Vertex AI, including model strategy (Gemini/Claude), grounding/data access, and evaluation approach.Design business process optimization workflows (intake ? triage ? analysis ? recommendations ? approvals) and identify automation opportunities.Establish engineering standards: code review practices, reference implementations, API patterns, logging/monitoring, testing, and documentation.Deliver experimentation capabilities: integrate feature flags, run A/B tests, analyze outcomes, and iterate safely.Engineer for scale: address consistency issues, race conditions, concurrency controls, and distributed transaction alternatives (sagas/outbox).Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.The TeamAI & Engineering leverages cutting-edge engineering capabilities to build, deploy, and operate integrated/verticalized sector solutions in software, data, AI, network, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. Our delivery models are tailored to meet each client's unique requirements.QualificationsRequired7+ years of experience in solution architecture / end-to-end solutioning, including complex enterprise integrations7+ years of experience in AI/Gen AIProven experience translating business + functional requirements into scalable, secure architectures and delivery plansHands-on AI/GenAI architecture experience, including LLM selection, prompt/agent patterns, evaluation, and guardrailsStrong working knowledge of Google Cloud Vertex AI (model hosting/grounding/evals, pipelines, monitoring)Experience designing solutions using Gemini and Claude 4.5 (comparative fit, safety, cost/performance trade-offs)Demonstrated leadership in code reviews, engineering standards, and reusable patterns across teamsBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experiencePreferredExcellent written and communication skillsAbility to deliver technical demonstrationsProven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectivelyAnalytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work productsCan operate independently or with minimum supervisionLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableTravel: Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Disability AccommodationDeloitte is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities.
