Start and end times are flexible as long as they remain consistent and are coordinated with the Director of Rehab. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with cognitive and ADL-related functional impairments, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life. The OT will manage a caseload, develop individualized care plans, and contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration. No weekend requirements, while any on-call schedule will be determined by the facility.Requirements:Candidates must have at least 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience and prior experience in a long-term care or rehab setting. An active Oklahoma OT license is required at the time of submission. New graduates may be considered only if they have completed Level II clinical experience. Required submission documents include a current resume, a skills checklist completed within the last year, and 0–1 reference at the time of submission. The clinician must demonstrate knowledge of NBCOT standards, state practice acts, and ethical guidelines.
